1. Shipping Policy
Our goal is to get your products to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed, packed, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes (Standard Domestic):
- Standard Shipping: R100
- Transit Time: 3–7 business days.
- Total Delivery Estimate (Standard): Please allow 4 to 10 business days for your order to arrive after it is placed.

- Expedited Shipping: R149
- Transit Time: 3-5 business days after processing.
- Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed off to the carrier. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
- Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at thenexus25@outlook.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully as it contains product-specific restrictions.
- Return Window:
- You may initiate a return for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Eligibility & Condition:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items (Crucial):
- For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Vape products, E-Liquids, Coils, and Tanks (unless demonstrably defective upon arrival).
- Intimate apparel or swimwear.
- Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale."
- Defective Vaping Devices: If a device is defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for return and exchange.
- Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
3. Refund Policy
Processing Time:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

- STRICT AGE REQUIREMENT: We strictly adhere to all federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale of age-restricted products. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any vaping products, e-liquids, or related accessories from this website.
- Age Verification: By placing an order for vape products, you certify that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to use third-party age verification services to confirm your age and identity. If we cannot verify your age, your order will be cancelled.
- Disclaimer of Liability: You agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any laws, restrictions, or regulations within your jurisdiction regarding the purchase, possession, and use of vaping products. We assume no liability for the misuse of these products.
